• Coordinate with the sales and Plant team for order processing, dispatch, and product availability updates.
• Manage sales documentation, including quotations, proforma invoices, order confirmations, and other reports.
• Track and monitor order status, delivery timelines, and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and performance reports.
• Assist in preparation of monthly sales reports, targets and performance dashboards.
• Communicate with internal departments (Accounts and Warehouse) to ensure smooth order execution
• Support the sales team in follow-ups, customer communication, and after-sales coordination.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to the sales function
