You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities by demonstrating excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Your primary duties will include handling orders through phone, email, or mail, verifying order details such as prices, discounts, and product numbers, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing according to customer requirements. Additionally, you will maintain organized sales records, respond to customer inquiries, input and update customer information in the database, and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team. The ideal candidate will preferably have a background in the Production industry. Freshers will not be considered for this position. The desired work experience for this role is 1-2 years, and the qualification required is a Science Graduate/Diploma/BBA. This position is based in Noida, and the expected joining time is immediate. You will report to the Senior Manager Sales and receive a fixed salary (CTC) ranging from 2.5 to 3.00 LPA based on merit. Mobile reimbursement is provided as per the company policy.
