Assist in order processing, quotations, and client communications. Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, documentation (COA, DMF, MOA), and shipments. Maintain CRM and sales records; track order status and client feedback. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical export/import regulations. Track the status of ongoing orders and update customers accordingly.
