A sales coordinator manages the flow of products or services to customers. They work with sales teams to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Sales team management: Manage sales team schedules, territories, and performance
• Sales presentations: Create and maintain sales materials, including brochures, sales decks, and posters
• Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and orders
• Sales reporting: Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards
• Inventory management: Monitor and organize inventory, including new products and services
• Sales training: Create and schedule training for sales staff
• Sales logistics: Handle sales logistics and shipment coordination
• Sales order processing: Input orders, confirm accuracy, and ensure on-time delivery
• Sales communication: Communicate with clients about delays or issues
• Sales coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, and deliveries are handled efficiently
