Sales Coordinator - Logistics / Freight forwarding

Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in coordinating and communicating with overseas agents, preparing sales quotations, and ensuring efficient workflow within the team. You will also be involved in compiling price lists and circulating notices to relevant parties. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and validate sales quotations as instructed by the sales PIC. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas agents. - Submit quotations in a timely manner as per the sales PIC's guidelines. - Coordinate product related to freight forwarding. - Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient workflow. - Compile and prepare freight forwarding price lists. - Circulate notices to relevant parties involved in the process. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with overseas agents. - Knowledge of freight forwarding processes would be advantageous. Kindly note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
