Sales Coordinator- Language Assamese, Bengali

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator proficient in Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, and English to facilitate our regional sales operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact among the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure effective coordination and implementation of sales activities. As a Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include coordinating daily sales operations, supporting the sales team in client communication and follow-ups, processing sales orders, invoices, quotations, and delivery schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales, client data, and reports in CRM or Excel, supporting regional sales activities, and collaborating with logistics and operations to ensure timely deliveries. Moreover, you will engage with vendors, distributors, and customers in their preferred language to establish and nurture strong relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in a sales-related role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, and proficiency in Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, and English (both spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook is necessary, and familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous.,
