Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Objective of the role

To ensure single point coordination between team members, and other Internal functions like Finance, SOP and factories.
To maintain , update and provide timely support to RSMs & ASMs on Sales , GM , OD data

Key Areas of Responsibility

ESSENTIAL

To effectively assist the RSM and the Sales team in their day to day activities including branch administration.
To be responsible for key coordination with internal customers like SOP team, DTF, Accounts, Tax team etc.
To ensure all commercial dealings are in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations
Timely submission of various management reports to ASM/Regional sales coordinator

SECONDARY

Responsible for bank correspondence for receipts, payments, deposits and book keeping
Responsible for Warehouse coordination for indent, Invoice printing and other assistance
Regular follow ups for critical payment with the support of Sales engineers /Debt collector/ASM
Any additional jobs assigned by the Superiors from time to time
Maintain ISO records

Preferred candidate profile

4 - 8 years in sales co-ordination jobs and commercial activities. Should be excellent in computer skill.

Graduate in Commerce/ Business Management
