1. JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator to independently handle pre-sales and post-sales coordination activities for our real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with prospective customers, project orientation , arranging property site visits, organizing weekend site mela and promotional events, assisting the sales team with customer meetings, coordinating booking formalities.

The role requires regular coordination with the sales, customer relationship teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from the initial property enquiry and site visit through booking, agreement, payment follow-ups, and possession.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements, budget, property preferences, and project interests.
• Share project details, brochures, pricing, cost sheets, payment plans, and other relevant information.
• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely communication.
• Assist the sales team in converting prospective customers into site visits and bookings.
• Provide customers with updated project information, pricing, offers, and availability.
• Collect customer feedback after site visits
• Arrange repeat visits and customer meetings as required.
• Prepare event attendance, customer visit, booking, and feedback reports.
• Coordinate with customers for booking confirmation and booking amount payments.
• Assist customers in completing booking forms and application forms.
• Follow up with customers for pending documentation and signatures.
• Coordinate agreement signing appointments and registration-related formalities.
• Coordinate with the accounts and finance department regarding customer payments.
• Track customer payment schedules and outstanding instalments.
• Send payment reminders and follow up with customers for pending payments.
• Prepare daily customer site visit and walk-in reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly site mela and event reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience in both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Good understanding of real estate booking and agreement procedures.
• Experience in coordinating site visits, weekend site melas, and property exhibitions.
• Good knowledge of real estate documentation and customer payment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and coordination abilities.
• Good organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments independently.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays during special sales events.

5. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience with reputed builders, developers, or real estate companies preferred.
• Candidates must have practical experience in both pre-sales and post-sales coordination.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication in English, Telugu, Hindi

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
