Job Description

APCO Building Solutions Job Profile (Sales Co-ordinator) * Female Candidates Required 1. Attending calls and giving information about our product and converting the lead for sale & pitching the lead for Advance payment Booking order through Phone calls / Walk in customer. 2. Co - ordinating with customer to book their orders and updating the payment and follow-ups the same. 3. Checking the mails and replying them spontaneously. 4. Raising cash receipt of day to day collection of all the customer.(walk in , West branch & North branch) 5. Raising Debit card & Credit card receipts of day to day maintain the same in the ledger of all the customers.(walk in , West branch & North branch) 6. Organizing to send Proforma Invoice to the requested Customers of Walk In & Executives. 7. Co - ordinating with customers for M-Sand and booking the orders and informing the same to concerned department. 8. Mailing of all the customers outstanding statements when required 9. Attending customer complaints, Convincing the customer regarding price and quality. 10. Maintaining Inwards Registers such as Courier 11. Maintaining order form file, Purchase order, test report file and filling the same on daily basis. 12. Following up Website and Telephone enquiries and sharing the leads to all executive and sales office in round robin through Sales force. 13. Preparing credit note for the customer. 14. Preparing the quotation through Sales force or Manually and sharing the documents to Customer. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package: Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
