Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries from potential clients.
• Provide in-depth consultation and explain suitable wellness programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, expected results, and program benefits.
• Build a strong rapport and trust to convert inquiries into confirmed treatments.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client records, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Coordinate with doctors and treatment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service.
• Stay updated on current promotions, treatments, and wellness protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's Degree

  (Graduation mandatory).

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in wellness, slimming, salon, fitness, or healthcare industry

  .
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales or conversion targets.
• Confident, proactive, and result-driven personality.
• Ability to explain treatment benefits in a persuasive yet empathetic way.
• Fluency in local language(s) is preferred.
