Job Description

As a Visa/Holiday Consultant, your role involves advising and planning visa/holiday requirements for clients. You will communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable options along with the necessary documents and holiday packages. Key Responsibilities: - Creating and maintaining customer satisfaction through high-quality service. - Providing consultation services to potential clients regarding visa options and assessing candidate suitability. - Handling consultations through various channels like email, telephone, chats, and Interakt. - Presenting and promoting holiday packages and tourist visa services to both potential and existing clients. - Developing action plans to meet monthly sales targets and setting contact goals. - Following up on new leads, generating referrals, and actively identifying sales prospects. Secondary Responsibilities: - Conducting regular follow-ups on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitoring the sales process to prevent client escalations. Qualifications: - Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50%. - Excellent communication skills. Experience: - 1-5 years of experience in sales. - Experience in travel sales is an added advantage.
