Job Description

Assistant Sales Consultant must be able to effectively communicate the value of their company’s offerings while also building strong relationships with clients. This requires an understanding of both the product or service being sold as well as the client’s needs, wants, and desires. Duties & Responsibilities • Understand and embrace the company’s luxury standards to ensure an exceptional customer experience • Maintain a high level of product knowledge for the brands we carry in order to make expert recommendations to customers • Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals set by management • Actively seek out customers in the store and engage them in conversation to build relationships and create a positive shopping experience • Proactively follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns • Use client book and other resources to maintain accurate records of customer preferences and contact information • Stay up-to-date on in-store events, promotions, and new arrivals to share relevant information with customers • Complete other tasks as assigned by management
