Sales Consultant - New Car

Your Role:

As our brand ambassador, you will be responsible for making every customer feel unique and build long lasting relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange for Test drive and proactively answer all customer queries.
• Finalize purchase contract by clearly explaining all terms and conditions and delivery timelines to Customer.
• Ensure registration of the vehicles (in-line with statutory guidelines).
• Ensure complete market awareness and updated knowledge of competitor’s products.
• Plan and conduct acquisition activities in case of select target groups in specific market areas.
• Regularly communicates with customers through emails, phone, social media channels to maintain customer loyalty.

Whom we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone with proven Sales experience and a passion for Automobiles. You’ll be someone who is fascinated to meet new people, have great networking skills and ability to sell luxury products.

Skills:

• Sales acumen for premium / luxury segment.
• Exceptional people orientation skills combined with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time by prioritizing his / her workload.
• Knowledge of competitor’s products and services including their strengths and weaknesses.

Qualification and Experience:

• Automotive Sales experience will be preferred.

Day range:

• Monday to Saturday

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
