Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to questions about products, pricing, and orders.
Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and following up on any discrepancies.
Sales Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases and customer records with a high degree of accuracy. Track sales team performance and generate reports as needed.
Sales Material Coordination: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Logistical Support: Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure a smooth sales cycle from order to delivery and payment.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Team Liaison: Serve as a communication bridge between the sales team and other internal departments to streamline operations and information flow.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree/Master's
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
