Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assisting sales representatives with daily tasks, preparing sales reports, and managing customer interactions. Order Processing: Handling the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and informing clients of any delays. Communication & Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the sales team, other departments (like marketing and production), and clients to ensure smooth operations. CRM Management: Maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) data, ensuring accurate records of sales activities. Sales Strategy Support: Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. Event Coordination: Helping to organize promotional materials and events to support sales efforts. Reporting: Generating reports on sales performance and other relevant data. Client Relationship Management: Responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Administrative Tasks: Managing schedules, preparing documents, and handling other administrative duties to support the sales team. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the sales process. Inventory Management: Ensuring adequate inventory of sales materials and resources. Essential Skills: Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for interacting with clients and team members. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records. Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues that arise during the sales process. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with the sales team and other departments.
