Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Closer to convert leads into clients through phone-based communication. This role is focused on closing deals for our PPC services by understanding client needs, explaining ad benefits, and moving conversations toward a confirmed sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads interested in Google Ads.
• Understand client goals and match them with the right PPC service package.
• Manage objections and guide prospects confidently toward closure.
• Coordinate with the internal team for proposal sharing and onboarding.
• Maintain detailed records of lead status and conversations in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales closing targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in phone-based sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Ability to explain the value of PPC advertising clearly over a call.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
