- Identify and pitch brands that need smarter storytelling.
- Build relationships that turn into long-term retainers.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams.
- ₹45K base salary + 10% commission on all sales above target.
- Freedom to experiment, pitch, and grow ideas - not templates.
- A creative team that actually backs what you sell.
- 2–5 years in sales, account management, or business development.
- Fluent in English & Malayalam.
- You understand brands, not just numbers.
- You don’t need leads - you create them.
