Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Business Development Trainee. The role involves identifying new prospects, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within domestic and international markets. The trainee will assist in conducting market research, creating sales strategies, managing leads and client databases, and providing exceptional customer service. Regular interaction with potential and existing clients will be a core responsibility to build trust and ensure sustained business relationships. This role offers an opportunity for hands-on experience and professional growth in sales and business development.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Sales and sales management abilities to drive revenue growth and meet business targets.
  • Capability to provide training and support for clients regarding product knowledge and usage.
  • Adaptability to remote work and proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to identify new opportunities and solve challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

  • Fixed + Variable target based.
