Sales & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic growth of the API business unit.
  • Lead business development and client engagement in India.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and revenue generation for domestic API sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Indian distributors and formulation companies.
  • Explore and support business in emerging markets like APAC and MENA.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product registration and regulatory filings.
  • Identify new product opportunities aligned with market needs.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 610 years of experience in API sales & marketing (generic APIs).
  • Strong experience and network in the Indian pharmaceutical market is a must.
  • Exposure to international markets (RoW, APAC, MENA) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of API life cycle, regulatory compliance, and dossiers.
  • B.Sc / B.Pharm / Chemistry graduate (MBA preferred).
