Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling administrative tasks, managing customer data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales department and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and reports.
Coordinate with clients for inquiries, support, and order status updates.
Handle documentation and ensure timely processing of invoices and delivery schedules.
Manage email communication, internal coordination, and general office support.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
