Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed information on products, services, and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Stay informed about new products and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or sales is a plus.
• Proven experience in a retail sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
