Sales Associate (Freshers)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their needs, presenting our interior solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes following up with clients, coordinating with the design and operations teams, and managing sales documentation. The Sales Associate will also contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Location : Sarjapur

Salary : 25,000 - 30,000 per month ( additional Incentives )

Experience - FRESHERS

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and customer service skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for interior design and home decor is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
