Roles and Responsibilities – Telecalling Executive

• Promote and sell healthcare plans and value-added services to potential customers through outbound calls.

• Understand Customer health and financial needs to recommend the most suitable plan, with a focus on high-ATS products and EMI offerings.

• Clearly explain plan benefits, features, and pricing to customers, addressing queries and building confidence in our services.

• Maintain strong customer relationships by following up, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• Accurately document sales interactions, lead status, conversions, and feedback in CRM systems.

• Share regular updates with the Team Leader on progress, objections faced, and potential improvements.

• Develop a deep understanding of digital health services, including Doctor Consultations, SmartSave, Chronic Care, Mental Health products, and more.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound tele-sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada) is a plus.

• Comfortable with target-driven environments and capable of handling objections with confidence.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

• Quick learner with the ability to grasp evolving our product offerings and service enhancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,833.33 per month

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Insurance sales: 1 year (Required)
• Debits & credits sales: 1 year (Preferred)
