Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales Associate with at least 1 year of experience in selling commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Hindi to handle client communications across regions and should have a proven ability to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Promote and sell commercial kitchen machines to B2B clients such as hotels, restaurants, and food processing units.

- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.

- Conduct product demos, explain features, and provide after-sales support.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up for repeat business.

- Travel locally for client visits, demos, and installations (if required).

- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM or Excel.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the commercial kitchen machines or related equipment industry.

- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (spoken and written).

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand technical product features and explain them to customers.

- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using MS Excel or CRM tools.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
