Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate position in EdTech and Study Abroad sector is open for hiring at our location in HSR Layout, Bangalore. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be working from Tuesday to Sunday, with timings from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 13 years of experience and possess excellent English communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential students via both inbound and outbound calls, providing them with detailed information about study abroad options and guiding them through the enrollment process. It will be crucial to follow up on leads diligently to ensure conversion into enrollments. Maintaining accurate records on our CRM system and meeting sales targets will be essential. Additionally, offering exceptional support to students both before and after enrollment will be a key aspect of your role. We are seeking individuals with at least 13 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar field, who exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to engage effectively with students, offer consultative support, and a goal-oriented mindset are qualities we value in potential candidates.
