Sales Assistant/Cashier

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for selling pets related goods in a retail store and providing assistance to customers with their inquiries. Your main tasks will include advising customers on the selection, price, and use of non-prescription medicines, as well as guiding them on the correct application and storage of medicines. Additionally, you will be selling goods such as foods, accessories, and other items while promoting the various goods and services available for sale. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a well-presented appearance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A basic understanding of mathematics and knowledge of pets related products and medicines will be beneficial in carrying out your duties effectively. In addition to assisting customers in-store, you will also be required to handle inquiries from customers both in-person and over the telephone. Maintaining clean and tidy work areas, as well as upholding confidentiality by refraining from disclosing sensitive information to third parties, are key aspects of this position. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of completing 10th or 12th grade, or holding any degree. Proficiency in computer knowledge is essential, and while prior experience is preferred, freshers are encouraged to apply. This position is specifically open to female candidates.
