Job Title: Sales Agent / Educational Counsellor – Baking Courses Location: On-site | Truffle Nation, Saket, New Delhi (or Chandigarh if applicable) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Education | Vocational Training | Baking & Pastry Arts Truffle Nation is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Agent / Educational Counsellor to join our growing team. This role involves guiding and assisting potential students to enroll in our professional baking courses through effective communication and consultation. We are seeking individuals who are fluent in both Hindi and English , have a professional approach to handling clients, and possess the passion to work in the education and baking industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle and follow up with incoming leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Provide clear and detailed information about our baking courses and assist clients in making informed decisions. Consultatively sell our courses by understanding client needs and guiding them toward suitable programs. Build long-term relationships with prospective students and ensure an excellent client experience. Can Handle our clients polietly and proffesionally. Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions. Required Experience & Skills: 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or educational counseling (preferably in education, service, or related industries). Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both spoken and written). Professional and polite approach while handling students and clients. Good convincing and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Female candidates would be a great fit for this role. Salary & Benefits: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and interview) + attractive incentives based on performance. Career growth opportunities within the organization.
