Sales Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-spoken and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our jewellery store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide detailed product information, and ensure a premium in-store experience that aligns with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget
• Provide detailed information about products including materials, certifications, and care instructions
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Handle billing and transactions using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and display standards of showcases and store layout
• Help with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and daily reporting
• Ensure security and care when handling high-value items
• Stay informed about current jewellery trends, collections, and promotions

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate
• Prior retail or jewellery sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and presentation
• Trustworthy, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
