Job Title: Sales Executive – Life Insurance

Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team for Life Insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Life Insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and support.
• Maintain records of sales activities and submit regular reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
