Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle B2B sales activities, meet potential clients, develop business relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The candidate should be confident in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closing business deals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products or services.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to schedule client meetings.
• Present company services, proposals, and business solutions to clients.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain client databases, meeting schedules, and daily sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and client handling.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face client meetings.
• Good lead generation and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred / mandatory for field visits.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers with strong communication skills and candidates with 0–2 years of B2B sales experience can apply.
• Candidates with experience in field sales, corporate sales, and business development will be preferred.
