About the Role

Ideashacks Ventures is looking for a disciplined, target-driven B2B Sales Executive who can independently manage leads, generate new business, close sales and maintain accurate sales records.

Our business includes coworking spaces, PAN-India virtual office services and other business support services.

This role requires active selling, regular follow-ups, professional communication and accountability for revenue. It is not a passive customer support or data-entry role.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp and direct prospecting.
• Manage leads received through marketing campaigns, IVR, referrals and direct outreach.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules and sales pipeline data.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow through until closure or disqualification.
• Sell coworking memberships, office spaces, PAN-India virtual office plans and other business services.
• Qualify prospects, understand requirements, arrange meetings and coordinate site visits.
• Prepare quotations, draft professional emails, negotiate within approved pricing and close deals.
• Build referral relationships with business owners, consultants and professional service providers.
• Handle sales calls through the company's IVR system and maintain clear, actionable call updates.
• Identify and report lead leakage, missed follow-ups, lost opportunities and conversion issues.
• Communicate professionally with prospects, existing members and management.
• Meet assigned sales targets and provide regular updates on pipeline, conversions and revenue.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, follow up independently and close sales.
• Strong spoken and written English, along with fluency in Hindi.
• Ability to draft clear, professional emails without depending on others for routine communication.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, negotiating and asking for the sale.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, email and CRM systems.
• Strong organisational skills with accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.
• Professional conduct when communicating with customers, colleagues and management.
• Strict adherence to working hours, punctuality, attendance and company policies.
• Willingness to work full-time from the company's Khan Market office.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Take ownership of assigned leads and follow-ups without repeated reminders.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date records of every active opportunity.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide accurate, timely updates on calls, meetings, quotations and deal status.
• Follow approved pricing and commercial terms. Unauthorised discounts or commitments are not permitted.
