Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support daily sales operations and activities
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Communicate with clients regarding order status, product information, and delivery timelines
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals
Track sales performance metrics and generate reports
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with sales reporting and analytics
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
