Sales Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for smart, energetic, and customer-friendly individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants at the upcoming Kapra Gold and Diamonds showroom in Kanhangad, Kasargod.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male / Female candidates
• Must be smart, energetic, and passionate about customer service
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in retail or jewellery sales will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily showroom activities
• Greet and guide customers in the showroom
• Support in showcasing products and handling basic inquiries
• Coordinate with billing and stock teams
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the sales area

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of jewellery products (preferred but not mandatory)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the sales team
• A customer-first attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Performance bonus
