Job Title: Helper – Retail Store

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Helper to support daily operations in our retail store. The Helper will be responsible for assisting staff with product handling, stock management, cleanliness, and ensuring smooth functioning of the store. This role is ideal for someone reliable, physically active, and willing to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in unloading, receiving, and organizing stock in the store/warehouse.
• Help in arranging products on shelves, racks, and displays as per guidelines.
• Support sales staff in replenishing stock on the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the store premises.
• Assist in packaging and handling customer purchases when required.
• Provide basic support during billing rush hours (e.g., carrying bags/items).
• Help in moving goods, rearranging stock, and store setup during promotions or sales.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies at all times.
• Perform any other general duties assigned by the store manager.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred).
• Prior experience in a retail store/warehouse will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting, carrying, and movement of goods.
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
