Sales Assistant

ales Assistant's job involves greeting and assisting customers, recommending products, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance and organization. Key duties include providing excellent customer service, knowing product details, handling stock and visual merchandising, and supporting store operations like inventory management and sales reports. Essential skills for this role are strong communication, problem-solving, patience, and customer service skills, along with physical stamina and an understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, answering product-related questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Sales & Promotion: Recommending products, explaining their benefits, informing customers about sales and promotions, and demonstrating products.
• Store Maintenance: Keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked; arranging product displays; and ensuring all merchandise is correctly priced.
• Transactions: Processing sales, handling payments, and managing customer returns or complaints efficiently.
• Inventory & Stocking: Monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and potentially assisting with inventory counts and management.
• Administrative Support: Maintaining sales records, assisting with sales reports, and providing general support to the sales team or store manager.
