Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Assistant / Sales Executive to join our team at Ashima Residency, Tezpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective buyers, explaining project details, arranging site visits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential units in our ongoing project "Ashima Residency".
• Attend walk-in customers and handle telephonic/email enquiries.
• Explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other details to prospective buyers.
• Arrange and conduct site visits and project walkthroughs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database (CRM).
• Assist in organizing local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, bookings, and handovers.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on sales status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A background in sales, marketing, or real estate is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience will be an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
• Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach, and confidence in handling walk-ins.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel.
• Willingness to work on weekends and attend client meetings/site visits.
