Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Operations: Coordinate daily work schedules with the team. Monitor service delivery, visit customer sites for feedback, and issue resolution Maintain simple records: visits, schedules, payments, and attendance Ensure service quality and client satisfaction across all projects Sales & Customer Interaction : Handle inquiries (online + offline) and convert them into paying clients Onboard new customers, explain services, and track leads Collect testimonials, encourage referrals, and upsell additional services Assist with basic local marketing (WhatsApp, posters, housing societies) About Company: Super Maali is building a greener, healthier urban India one garden at a time.
