Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive for an on-field role. The candidate must be fluent in Kannada and capable of communicating effectively with local clients and businesses. The role involves visiting businesses, generating leads, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to potential clients and generate leads Present, promote, and sell products/services to businesses Build and maintain strong customer relationships Explain product features and benefits clearly in Kannada Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis Follow up on leads and close deals efficiently Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Submit regular reports and updates to the team Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or marketing (preferred) Must be fluent in Kannada (reading, writing, speaking) Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler is preferred Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory Education: Minimum: PUC/12th Pass Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + Travel Allowance + Attractive incentives On-the-job training Career growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
