Sales and marketing (Real state)

We are seeking a high-performing and target-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to manage end-to-end sales for residential, commercial, or plotted development projects. The candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close high-value deals across regions and client segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads through various channels: digital, referrals, brokers, and direct walk-ins
• Manage the complete sales process: client interaction, site visits, negotiations, documentation, and closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and institutional buyers
• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants across different geographies
• Present project offerings confidently and clearly explain pricing, payment plans, legal documents, and amenities
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure quality lead flow and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline status, and provide regular updates to management
• Attend real estate exhibitions, launch events, and client meetings across regions when required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or high-ticket product sales (residential or commercial)
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills
• Sound understanding of RERA guidelines, sales documentation, and project compliance
• Fluent in English and local languages (as per territory); Hindi preferred for broader reach
• Tech-savvy – comfortable with CRM, Excel, virtual meetings, and digital sales tools
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
