Sales and Marketing Manager - Solar

We are looking only solar field experience candidates.

• Developing and Executing Sales and Marketing Strategies:Creating comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.
• Managing Sales Teams:Leading, motivating, and training sales staff to achieve individual and team goals.
• Managing Marketing Teams:Overseeing marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.
• Analyzing Market Trends:Identifying new target markets and understanding customer behavior.
• Managing Budgets:Allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing and sales initiatives.
• Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:Fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Tracking and Reporting on Sales Performance:Monitoring key metrics, analyzing data, and reporting on progress towards goals.
• Developing and Implementing Marketing Campaigns:Creating engaging content, managing social media, and overseeing advertising efforts.
• Identifying New Business Opportunities:Exploring potential markets and developing strategies to reach new customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
