Sales and Marketing Manager

As the Sales and Marketing Manager - Hydrogen, you will be responsible for strategic sales of new services related to hydrogen gas, advisory services, process optimization, and industry implementation. You will be tasked with meeting sales targets across India, identifying key customers, stakeholders, and organizing meetings and presentations. Additionally, you will support in launching new services and handle key customers as focal points. The ideal candidate should have a graduation degree and a strong knowledge of the industrial gases industry, especially hydrogen gas. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders. The ability to travel to customer offices/sites and Indian Hydrogen offices is also required. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for excellence and accountability, staying ahead of industry trends, and exceeding expectations to build value for customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 35,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month. The job also offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and food allowance, along with performance bonuses and quarterly bonuses. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: - 1 year in Hydrogen Gas (Required) - 1 year in Oil & Gas (Required) - 1 year in Marketing (Required) - 3 years in Marketing (Required) - 3 years in Sales (Required) Schedule: Day shift, Evening shift, Night shift Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
