Sales and Marketing manager

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Flymedia Technology . This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issue
• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
• You have to Visits clients location for the meetings on daily basis.

Qualifications-

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and skills
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
