Sales and Marketing Intern

ArtEastri is a growing handcrafted fashion and lifestyle brand working with artisans across Eastern India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive & CRM to handle lead conversion, customer communication, and post-sale engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and B2B leads from platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
• Convert inquiries into qualified leads and confirmed orders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle CRM follow-ups.
• Update lead status, feedback, and conversions in the sales tracker.
• Understand product details (handloom fabrics, sarees, dupattas, stoles, etc.) to explain features confidently.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:
✅ 1–2 years of sales or telecalling experience (preferably in textiles, fashion, or B2B sales)✅ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali / regional languages
✅ Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
✅ Basic computer and CRM handling skills✅ Passion for fabrics, fashion, and handcrafted products is a plus
