We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, managing marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
• Manage the sales team, and monitor performance.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with clients.
• Forecast sales volumes and prepare reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (digital, print, events, etc.).
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Oversee branding, promotional, and advertising efforts.
• Willing to travel and visit to our clients on daily basis.
