Location: Erode

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing and Implementing Strategies:Creating and executing effective sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying target markets and setting sales goals.
• Lead Generation and Sales:Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
• Marketing Campaign Management:Planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
• Relationship Building:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Market Research:Conducting market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and understand customer needs.
• Sales Performance Analysis:Monitoring and analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Budget Management:Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Collaboration:Working closely with other teams (e.g., product development, sales) to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
• Event Coordination:Participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and its offerings.
• Brand Awareness:Creating brand awareness and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.
• Customer Relationship Management:Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Process Management:Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closure, using CRM software and other tools.
• Content Creation:Creating and editing marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and social media posts.
• Reporting:Preparing and presenting sales and marketing reports to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
