  team and contribute to the company's growth across international markets.

Position Overview

• We are looking for individuals who and interest in

  Sales and Marketing

  and willing
  to join our on-site night shift team. The ideal candidate should possess

  excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales and lead generation strategies.
4. Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall company growth.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare performance reports using CRM tools.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in

   Business, Marketing, or related field

   (

   BBA/MBA preferred

   ).

2. Experience:

   6 months to 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
3. Strong

   English communication skills

   (both verbal and written).
4. Sound

   understanding of sales and marketing processes

   .
5. Proficiency in

   MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

   .
6. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
7. Must be comfortable working

   on-site during the night shift (09:00 PM 05:30 AM)

   at the

   Zirakpur office

   .
