Sales and Marketing Assistant

A Sales and Marketing Assistant in a travel company supports the sales and marketing team by handling administrative tasks, assisting with promotional activities, and helping with customer communication. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, managing social media, and contributing to marketing campaigns. Ultimately, the assistant plays a key role in driving sales and promoting the company's travel services. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:Answering customer inquiries, providing support for online booking systems, and assisting with travel arrangements.
• Sales Support:Assisting with inside sales activities, tracking shipments, and updating customers on any delays.
• Marketing Assistance:Managing social media content, updating websites, and assisting with the creation of marketing materials.
• Administrative Tasks:Scheduling meetings, managing databases, and handling general administrative duties.
• Campaign Support:Contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation and analysis of campaign effectiveness.
• Relationship Management:Building and maintaining relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and travel booking platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
