Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support the business development and marketing teams in driving sales, managing client relationships, and executing promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who’s energetic, organized, and passionate about the live music and events industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist in identifying and following up on leads for venues, corporate events, and private gigs.
• Prepare client proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Maintain updated databases of clients, leads, and partner contacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of bookings and projects.

Marketing & Promotions

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create and schedule social media content to promote artists, events, and services.
• Help design promotional materials and pitch decks.
• Track marketing performance metrics and audience engagement.

Client & Event Coordination

• Liaise with clients, venues, and artists to ensure seamless communication.
• Provide on-ground or remote support during events and live performances.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-ups and service delivery.

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and marketing outcomes.
• Research competitors, trends, and new opportunities within the live music and events space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination (music/entertainment industry preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and basic marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business, Google Workspace).
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about live music and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week
