Sales and Marketing Assistant

Adviciya Solutions is a dynamic technology company specializing in software development, website development, and custom digital solutions. We are now expanding our reach and launching proprietary products, with a strong focus on the Kerala market alongside global outreach.

Key Responsibilities:International & Domestic Business Development

• Identify, develop, and close business opportunities for software and web development projects within and outside India.
• Generate leads through networking, online research, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
• Build relationships with international partners and clients to expand the business footprint.

Product Marketing – Kerala Focus

• Drive local marketing and promotions of Adviciya’s in-house software products across Kerala.
• Visit clients, conduct demos, and establish partnerships with local businesses and institutions.
• Develop territory-wise campaigns, especially for tier-2 and tier-3 cities in Kerala.

Client Relationship & Account Management

• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers for sustained business.
• Understand client needs and suggest tailored digital solutions and services.
• Ensure timely communication and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 0–1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication and drive are also welcome).
• Strong communication in English and Malayalam is a must.
• Willingness to travel within Kerala for product promotions.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web solutions, and digital marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,669.49 - ₹15,000.00 per month
