Sales and Customer Service/ Steel Master

As a Sales and Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in our team by interacting with customers, handling sales inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer queries effectively, following up with potential leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining records of interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written. The ideal candidate will be a professional, well-organized individual with a minimum qualification of Plus Two (12th grade).
